    This service is provided in a professional and rigorous manner, with no added costs for the client.

    Personalized support to every buyer/client:

    • in the identification and purchase of quality products

    Full assistance during the visit of buyers/clients:

    • We accompany our customers during their travels, inspections and purchases;
    • We help you organize the itinerary and accommodation during visits;
    • We also guide our customers in the pros and cons of business practices and all the details of the country’s home textile, culture, customs and traditions in order to make the visit productive and enjoyable.

    Scheduling and visits to pre-selected factories according to the needs, type of product and price level desired by the customer.

    • According to your needs, we select and schedule the visits to the most suitable factories, if you want to visit some in particular, tell us and we will handle everything.

    Provision of samples of the products according to the client's previous choice during the visit.

    • The supply of samples is important for the client to perceive, analyze and have, at the time of deciding, a physical copy of the chosen product.

    Monitoring the status of orders placed.

    • During the production process we will monitor the stage of your order.

    Periodic and random inspections during the production process:

    • Pre-Production Check (PPC): Risks are reduced by checking material components, accessories/ user manuals etc. at this stage itself.
    • Initial Production Check (IPC): First finished products are checked against buyer’s specifications and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction.
    • During Production Check (DUPRO): Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify if the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality standard of production runs.
    • Final Random Inspection (FRI): Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. FRI is performed according to the International Inspection Standards. The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design/style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing and others.

    Follow-up of the process of transport and shipment of the merchandise.

    • In collaboration with the factory we will always have information on the status and location of your order.

    How far in advance should I schedule my trip?

    In order of all details be taken care of, your trip must be scheduled at least 15 days in advance.

    Send us an email to geral@globalgofar.pt and tell us what you want, we promise to fulfill your request as soon as possible.
